HHG Policy ●HHG requires a nonrefundable $25 retainer (+fees)for all new clients or clients who have not book in 4 months. ●HHG requires a nonrefundable $50 retainer (+fees)for all Install/Sew-In services. The retainer goes towards your services. An Invoice requesting the retainer will be sent to the email provided. ●Cancellation: If cancelled within the 24 hr period, you can redeem your deposit by rescheduling only. If the 24 hrs prior to your appointment has elapsed resulting in you not being able to cancel, that is considered Same Day Cancellation. The retainer is nonrefundable and you will be required to pay a $25 fee to book again. ●Same Day Cancellation: If HHG is notified of your same day cancellation, the deposit is nonrefundable and you will be required to pay a $25 fee to book again. ●No-Show: Your Deposit is nonrefundable and you can no longer book with HHG.
